Campaign Terms and Conditions:

• The campaign will run from 10th April 2011 to 7th August 2011.
• The draws will start on 16th May 2011 and end on 8th August 2011 and will be run on weekly basis.
• All Arab Bank VISA Electron-ATM and Credit Cards cardholders are eligible.
• Every 3 transactions on point of sale will qualify the customer one entry into the draw, each of which must be JD 10 (or equivalent in other currencies) or more in value. The transactions must be made during the campaign period.
• For new/ existing not used/ not active Credit Cards, the cardholder will be eligible to 10 entries upon first usage during the campaign period.
• ATM withdrawal transactions do not qualify.
• Maximum allowed entries per customer are 25 for VISA Electron-ATM Cards and 25 for Credit Cards.
• 12 cash prizes of JOD 1,000 (subject to tax law) each will be awarded.
• 13th week draw will be on a “2011 Mercedes Benz E-250 coupe” (subject to tax law).
• Customer can only win one cash prize during the campaign period.
• Winners of cash prizes are also entitled to enter into the grand prize draw.
• Winners will be notified/ contacted by phone/ email as per the contact details available to the Bank.
• The prizes are not transferable under any circumstances.
• The car will be registered under the winner’s name and the winner will bear the car prize registration’s fee.
• The net amount of cash prize after deducting the tax amount will be credited to the customer’s account, and in case the winner does not hold Arab Bank account, the net amount of cash prize will be credited to the customer’s credit card balance.
• The tax amount will be charged to the grand prize’s winner as per the tax law prior to car registration.
• Arab Bank reserves the right to decide the winners based on the most accurate information available at the time of its decision. Arab Bank’s decision will be considered final and neither correspondence nor discussion in this regard would be considered.
• Arab Bank has the right to end this campaign and notify customers with a 14 days prior notice.
