Using our Automated Phone Banking Service (requires entering the 4 digits* of your branch code followed by the 6-digit Basic Account Number & 4-digit Password), you can:

  • Review your last 10 transactions instantly
  • Inquiry about Fixed Deposits
  • Pay your Utility Bills (Electricity, Water, Orange Fixed, Mobile and Internet, and Zain)
  • Order a Statement to be mailed to your address
  • Order a Cheque Book and collect it from your branch
  • Transfer funds between your accounts
  • Transfer funds to another Arab Bank customer in Jordan**
  • Settle your Visa Credit Card Payment
  • Stop your Visa (Credit / Electron) Cards

Registering for the service is an easy process, if you are an Arab Bank Visa Electron Cardholder and have a valid Personal Identification Number (PIN), you can directly subscribe to the service through our ATMs. You can also subscribe to Hala Arabi through our Internet Banking Service “Arabi Online”, or by calling our customer contact Center on 4600900 and press 2, then press 3 and one of our Customer Service Representatives will assist you.
